Toshi and Danielle were married on a cool winter evening in the tropical atmosphere set by the Butterfly Pavilion. They currently both live in Japan, but traveled back to the United States for their wedding. They planned to have a second reception in Japan for their friends and family who live there.
A harpist provided beautiful music to the already stunning atmosphere. Guests, who traveled from as far away as Japan and England, sat and stood to watch Toshi and Danielle become husband and wife in front of a beautiful pond. Their wedding ceremony only last about 15 minutes, but they each exchanged long, intimate vows. Before their first kiss, Toshi and Danille released a basket of butterflies (who were reluctant to leave the basket).

Joshua and Kaari were married on a warm September day. The beautiful and very quaint Ryssby Church in Longmont, Colorado was the sight of the wedding ceremony. Forty five minutes northwest of Denver, the Ryssby Church was built by emigrants from Ryssby, Sweden in 1881. From music, to a home video from Norway to a cake shaped like a waterfall from Europe, Nordic tradition was apparent throughout their wedding. As you can see in their video, Joshua and Kaari easily had the most adorable flower girl that I’ve seen this wedding season. The wedding ceremony was filled with great music and singers; which always helps to make a great sounding video.
After the ceremony, the guests made there way South to the Boulder Country Club. The Boulder Country Club has a spectacular view, overlooking the golf course and the Flat Iron Mountains in the distance. Toasts began promptly after a mouthwatering dinner served by the Boulder Country Club’s catering staff. It became apparent that Joshua and Kaari were very grateful to have found each other and would share a lifetime of happiness. Some touching moments can be seen in the video from all of the special dances. The usual wedding songs and even some Nordic folk music brought the dance floor to life, thanks to the DJ Guy. It was a wonderful, classy night and Denver Wedding Films™ and Video was grateful to be apart of it.

A sunday afternoon wedding. A perfect location. A perfect couple. Bill and Lisa’s ceremony was held at the Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church in Foxfield, Colorado and they are one of the happiest couples that I’ve seen. Each already having their own children, their family is now growing but there seems to be more than enough love to go around. After the ceremony was over, the party kicked off at Terrace Gardens in Centennial. Bill was pinned his new rank of Lt. Colonel in front of the guests. He and Lisa then took to the dance floor and impressed everyone with a passionate display of dancing. He later told me that he only took 4 dance lessons, but it appeared as though he had been doing it alot longer. This was a very fun reception to video record, I don’t think there was a quiet moment on the dance floor all evening. Stellar DJ services were once again provided by A Music Plus and Robert from Fine Art Weddings was able to take some truly breath taking pictures of Bill and Lisa.
Here’s what Bill and Lisa had to say about their wedding video from Denver Wedding Films™:
“I’ve been crying for 10 minutes. The highlight video is just amazing! There is so much emotion in the video that you captured. You also did a great job of getting so many people in the video that shared in our wedding day. You also captured the church in all it’s beauty and the details of our reception that we made to make it personal to us and our merging families. I love that you got Josh(my oldest) and Caleb(the brown hair ring bearer) in the video dancing. Your service was worth every penny we paid to capture what we’ll have for a lifetime to share with our children and our children’s children. There were many parts to our wedding and reception worthy of video and you managed to capture pieces of all the best ones! There was also great balance between our wedding and reception. Thank you so much Tye! You are awesome!
It was fantastic to see parts of our first dance. No one else captured that on video. Our photographer got most of it but not the lift, which was a coolest part for me, aside from the dip at the end.”

A gorgeous sunset set the mood for Alvin and Salina’s outdoor ceremony at The Chatauex at Fox Meadows in Broomfield, Colorado. They stood under the gazebo and gazed into each other’s eyes as the sun crept below the horizon. A live singer serenaded the couple as Alvin and Salina gave their vows in front of an audience of about 100 people. As the light faded, the guests made their way inside The Chateaux where they were served a fabulous dinner. The Chateaux, located just north of Denver, has a stunning, lavish interior. It is definitely one of the best decorated reception halls in the Denver area. After receiving many wonderful toasts and cutting their wedding cake, Alvin and Salina took each other by the hand and made their way to the dance floor. Following the first dances, nearly every guest took to the dance floor to music spun by A Music Plus. Several of the dancers were incredible, at one point having a dance off to Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean.”
Here’s what Alvin and Salina had to say about their wedding video by Denver Wedding Films™”
“Oh my goodness, the highlight video is AMAZING…it’s just perfect! Thank you so so much for putting it all together!!
Thank you thank you thank you”

Rod and Nena’s wedding was a beautiful ceremony. The ceremony was held at the St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church, located on the north side of Denver, and to accomodate both faiths, they had a Catholic Deacon as well as a Baptist Pastor (who just happened to be Nena’s Uncle) officiate over the ceremony. It was a beautiful wedding with singing and live music. After the ceremony, Rod and Nena were whisked off in a limo to the University of Denver’s Tuscany Ballroom where the Denver University’s campus provided a brilliant backdrop for photographs captured by Ash Marie. Once inside, Rod and Nena immediately took to the dance floor before being served dinner. Their happiness poured over everyone at the reception; it was never difficult to capture one of them smiling. The entire day was planned flawlessly by Kerri of A Touch of Bliss Events of Denver and the dance floor was constantly full, dancing to the music provided by Johnson and Johnson Mobile DJ services.
Here’s what Rod and Nena had to say about their video from Denver Wedding Films™:
“We definitely enjoyed the video and the features such as the scene selection and the highlight video. It was great working with you and we will definitely recommend you to friends, family, and colleagues.”

A Spring Destination Wedding

I was able to venture outside of the Denver area and travel down to Pueblo, Colorado to do Joey and Tj’s wedding video. The day started out cloudy and threatened rain. By the time the gorgeous ceremony at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart was finished, the skies opened up with sunshine. Joey and TJ climbed aboard a horse and carriage for their short trip to Mineral Palace Park. The large stone bridge over the pond made a perfect setting for pictures by Segura Photography and for me to take some incredible footage for their video. The weather stayed beautiful for the rest of the evening.
The guests met up again at St. Pius X Catholic Church where they were treated to a great selection of appetizers and cocktails before dinner was served up by All Seasons Gourmet Catering. The reception was a mix of authentic Vietnamese dresses and traditional wedding attire. The dance floor quickly filled up after the first dances thanks to the music provided by Tony of Trax Mix. The cake, designed by Aileen’s Cake Decor, was a homage to the wedding theme: A Fairytale Wedding, and was complete with a castle and princesses. One of the highlights of the evening occurred when Joey, who was blindfolded, had to choose which of the outstretched legs belonged to his new wife. The joke was on him when all the girls were replaced by his groomsmen. All in all, it was a wonderful night and fun was had by all who were there.
