No matter which vendors you decide on for your wedding, make sure they each know who the others are. You should give them all each others’ contact information so that they can coordinate things before your wedding day. Your videographer, photographer, DJ and venues should be the ones especially needing to communicate.
Denver Wedding Films gives a courtesy call to your photographer, DJ and church or ceremony venue to make sure things go smoothly on your big day. We talk to the photographer to discuss our filming strategies so that you don’t have video of your photographer throughout your wedding film and we aren’t in every picture taken by your photographer. We contact the ceremony venue to educate ourselves on any restrictions they might have for videographers. Lastly, we contact the DJ to coordinate recording the audio of your toasts straight from their soundboard. This is the best way to get crystal clear sound from the reception.
